What You'll Do

  • Develop the product vision and roadmap in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives. 
  • Work closely with software developers, product/UX designers, and a dedicated team of product managers to shape the future of the FACT24 Resilience Suite, emphasizing collaboration and integration across all components. 
  • Drive product simplification as a core focus, ensuring ease of use and alignment with customer needs 
  • Drive customer-centricity by focusing on the customer journey, ensuring satisfaction, and fostering long-term customer retention. 
  • Conduct customer interviews and apply frameworks such as Jobs-to-Be-Done to deeply understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategies. 
  • Utilize a variety of product management methodologies, including design thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile frameworks, to drive continuous improvement and innovation. 
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (e.g., NPS, engagement) to evaluate the success of your projects, using a data-informed approach to ensure decisions are guided by insights while balancing strategic priorities and customer feedback. 
  • Collaborate effectively with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure successful go-to-market strategies and product launches. 
  • Represent your product actively at conferences, showcasing its value and engaging with industry stakeholders. 
  • Leverage your expertise in relevant domains to enhance our suite, whether through telecommunications, incident management, or business continuity solutions. 
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying strategic differentiators to position the product effectively in the market.

Building relationships is at the heart of successful product management, and this includes deeply understanding and amplifying the voice of the customer. You excel at forging strong connections with internal teams and external stakeholders while keeping customer needs at the core of your strategic decisions. We are looking for individuals who combine strategic vision with operational excellence, bring a collaborative mindset, and are ready to make an impact by aligning customer insights with product goals to drive meaningful outcomes. We also value if you:
  • are proficient in business English and German at a minimum of C1 level. 
  • have 2- 4 years of experience in an innovative and agile product management (or comparable) environment, preferably in the SaaS sector. 
  • have a strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to bridge business and technology. 
  • are familiar with business case development and pricing strategies, along with an interest in identifying and pursuing business opportunities. 
  • have analytical expertise and a proven track record of transforming data into actionable insights. 
  • have exceptional communication skills, with the ability to explain and visually present complex topics. 
  • have a relevant degree in business informatics, computer science, business administration, or a related field is preferred. However, we also value diverse career paths and welcome applications from professionals with unconventional backgrounds who bring unique perspectives and transferable skills. 
  • have these plus factors: A background in industries or domains such as telecommunications, crisis and incident management, or business continuity management is a strong advantage.
