We are now looking for a Customer Success Manager to strengthen our Nordic team and support customers in both Sweden and Finland.
This is a role for someone who enjoys working closely with customers while also identifying opportunities to grow and develop the relationship.

As Customer Success Manager you will work closely with our customers to ensure they get maximum value from the F24 platform.
You will play a key role throughout the customer lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption to relationship management and commercial development.

The role
As Customer Success Manager you will work closely with our customers to ensure they get maximum value from the F24 platform.
You will play a key role throughout the customer lifecycle - from onboarding and adoption to relationship management and commercial development.
Your responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new customers and ensuring a smooth start
- Building strong and long-term customer relationships
- Supporting customers in using the platform effectively
- Conducting regular follow-ups and customer meetings
- Identifying opportunities for upselling and expanding the customer relationship
- Assisting with simpler product questions and support cases
- Working closely with Sales, Support and Product teams

- Take ownership of your customers and follow up consistently
- Are motivated by both customer satisfaction and commercial results
- Has experience from Customer Success, Account Management or SaaS
- Is comfortable working with digital platforms and software solutions
- Speaks both Swedish and Finnish, as well as English
- Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
