Your tasks
The Product Designer is a core member of the cross-functional product team and shares responsibility with Product Management and Engineering for ensuring that the product component is valuable, usable, and feasible. The role focuses on understanding real user problems, validating solution hypotheses, and designing experiences that are intuitive, efficient and technically realistic.
The Product Designer works across the full Discovery and Delivery cycle: from insights, problem framing and prototyping to usability testing, interaction design, and measurement of user outcomes in production.
Responsibilities
•
Continuously research and understand customer and user needs in the context of the component
•
Frame problems and validate hypotheses through rapid experimentation (interviews, prototyping, usability testing, data signals)
•
Translate insights into flows, navigation structures, and interaction patterns
•
Create low- and high-fidelity prototypes to iterate collaboratively with users, Product Management and Engineering
•
Pair daily with engineers and the PM to ensure that solutions are elegant and implementable
•
Measure UX outcomes (task success, adoption, time to completion, retention) and improve them iteratively
•
Contribute to and evolve the shared design system together with the Lead Designer
