Establish and manage end-to-end HR operations for the new Zagreb entity, ensuring full compliance with Croatian labour law, GDPR, and internal policies
Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, payroll coordination, performance management, absence tracking, and offboarding
Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies and employee relations
Coordinate payroll setup and ensure accurate, timely processing of employee compensation
Oversee attendance, leave, and absence reporting while maintaining compliance with health & safety regulations
Maintain accurate HR records and systems using HRIS and related tools
Support and manage recruitment activities and design high-quality onboarding experiences that reflect company culture
Serve as the cultural anchor for the Zagreb office, driving engagement initiatives and fostering an inclusive workplace
Operate effectively in a fast-growing, ambiguous environment, building scalable HR and office processes to support growth to 50–100 employees
