Dein Aufgabengebiet

Als Development Lead übernimmst du die technische und fachliche Führung eines agilen Entwicklungsteams, das innovative, cloud-native Services und Module für unsere Connectivity- und Alarmierungsplattformen entwickelt. Du bist verantwortlich für die Architektur, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung moderner, skalierbarer Backend- und Frontend-Lösungen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb und kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Services. Dabei arbeitest du eng mit dem Produktmanagement, QA, dem Operations Team sowie mit weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben:

Technische Leitung und Coaching eine scross-funktionalen Entwicklerteams sowie Förderung von Innovation und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung 
Verantwortung für Architektur, Code-Qualität und technische Roadmap mit Fokus auf Cloud-Native-Prinzipien und Microservice-Architekturen (z.B. Node.js,TypeScript, Containerisierung, Orchestrierung) 
Sicherstellung von Security- und Compliance-Standards, sowie Förderung von Security by Design (z.B. Secure Coding, Threat Modeling, Zero Trust) 
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit QA, Site Reliability Engineers und weiteren Teams zur Optimierung von Testautomatisierung, CI/CD, Monitoring und Incident Response
Verantwortung für technische Entscheidungsprozesse, Auswahl und Integration neuer Cloud-Technologien sowie Schnittstelle zu Produktmanagement und Management

Du

hast mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung (Fullstack, Backend oder Frontend) und als technischer Lead oder Senior Developer.
bringst fundierte Kenntnisse in modernen Webtechnologien (Node.js,TypeScript,SvelteKit, Vite, MongoDB, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0) mit.
verfügst über Erfahrung mit modernen Architektur- und Designprinzipien (Microservices, API-Design, OpenAPI, Cloud Security) sowie in Zusammenarbeit mit Site Reliability Engineers.
besitzt ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit, Leadership-Mindset und Freude an Coaching & Mentoring
hast sehr gute Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse.

Your tasks

As a Development Lead, you take on the technical and functional leadership of an agile development team that builds innovative, cloud-native services and modules for our connectivity and alerting platforms. You are responsible for the architecture, implementation, and continuous enhancement of modern, scalable backend and frontend solutions, ensuring smooth operations and ongoing improvement of our services. In this role, you collaborate closely with Product Management, QA, the Operations team, and other key stakeholders.

Your responsibilities:

Provide technical leadership and coaching to a cross-functional development team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Own the architecture, code quality, and technical roadmap with a strong focus on cloud-native principles and microservice architectures (e.g., Node.js, TypeScript, containerization, orchestration)
Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards while promoting Security by Design (e.g., secure coding, threat modeling, zero trust)
Work closely with QA, Site Reliability Engineers, and other teams to optimize test automation, CI/CD, monitoring, and incident response
Take responsibility for technical decision-making, selecting and integrating new cloud technologies, and acting as a key interface to Product Management and senior leadership

You

have several years of experience in software development (full stack, backend, or frontend) as well as in a technical lead or senior developer role.
bring strong expertise in modern web technologies (Node.js, TypeScript, SvelteKit, Vite, MongoDB, REST APIs, OAuth 2.0).
have experience with modern architectural and design principles (microservices, API design, OpenAPI, cloud security) and in collaborating with Site Reliability Engineers.
demonstrate strong communication and teamwork skills, a leadership mindset, and a passion for coaching and mentoring.
have excellent English and German language skills.
