Sales Manager (all genders)

Your tasks
  • Acquiring, supporting, and maintaining medium-sized customers in Belgium with a focus on our market-leading solution FACT24;
  • Identifying key decision makers whilst developing and qualifying new business opportunities with the targeted markets through cold calling, events, and high-level prospecting;
  • Being responsible for the entire sales cycle, from acquisition to closing deals and contract conclusion;
  • Ensuring long term client satisfaction and relationship building;
  • Supporting proactively regional marketing & sales activities and meeting set targets while working closely with the marketing and sales;
  • Consistently achieving quarterly KPIs;
  • Establishing and expanding the customer network;
  • Manage and maintain the sales CRM (salesforce), adding new leads and their respective contact information to ensure a healthy data set for prospect and marketing communications.

You
  • First experience (4-7 years) in sales, business development, or account management;
  • You are fluent in French, English and Flemish or Dutch
  • Be highly tenacious, target driven and capable of hitting KPIs;
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills;
  • Customer oriented mindset with ability to build long term relationships;
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn;
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn and/or CRM (e.g. Salesforce) is an asset; 
  • You might be required to travel punctually depending on clients needs (Belgium).
