Your tasks

You will have end-to-end responsibility for all messaging provider related topics (mainly SMS, Telephony and Mail) which is elementary part of our alarming platforms. This covers the following matters: 

• You are involved in negotiating frame agreements with our different messaging providers. 
• You monitor and report relevant changes in local regulatory requirements for all markets of our F24 customers around the globe. 
• You derive and align necessary product enhancements with our Product Leads in order to comply with relevant regulatory requirements. 
• You manage compliance with local regulatory requirements. 
• You create transparency around all messaging provider related topics for internal and external stakeholders. 
• You consult the Sales department with our global key accounts to make sure that our customers are selecting the ideal communication channels. 
• You are in charge to drive the resolution and clarification of any Support case related to messaging provider. 
• You support our global key accounts during the setup & implementation phase to choose the right messaging channels for their specific use cases. 
• You write documentation and best practise papers for internal and external stakeholders. 

 

You

• bring ideally 5+ years of experience with a global acting messaging provider (such as telecommunication company, service provider or aggregator etc.). 
• have a strong understanding of the communication channel operator world.
• are willing to take end-to-end ownership for a mission critical topic of the company. 
• are able to translate regulatory requirements into Product, Tech and Operational measures. 
• have a hands-on mentality and are not afraid to take over ownership.  
• have a good sense for customer use cases and aligning it with our messaging strategy. 
• are willing to travel (max. 20%). 
• can speak fluent English.
