Your tasks
You will have end-to-end responsibility for all messaging provider related topics (mainly SMS, Telephony and Mail) which is elementary part of our alarming platforms. This covers the following matters:
- You are involved in negotiating frame agreements with our different messaging providers.
- You monitor and report relevant changes in local regulatory requirements for all markets of our F24 customers around the globe.
- You derive and align necessary product enhancements with our Product Leads in order to comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- You manage compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- You create transparency around all messaging provider related topics for internal and external stakeholders.
- You consult the Sales department with our global key accounts to make sure that our customers are selecting the ideal communication channels.
- You are in charge to drive the resolution and clarification of any Support case related to messaging provider.
- You support our global key accounts during the setup & implementation phase to choose the right messaging channels for their specific use cases.
- You write documentation and best practise papers for internal and external stakeholders.
