Strategic Partner Manager

Your tasks
As a reaction to growing numbers of critical situations, our firm and teams are constantly being developed to serve the increasing demand for crisis management within public and private organizations. We are strengthening our global team to lead the field in crisis management. To push our solutions internationally to all public and private organizations we are seeking for a well-connected person that has succeeded in building and expanding partner channels, ideally in software or in SaaS, before.
 
Your tasks:

  • With your experience in channel sales, you are a key driver for F24’s sustainable revenue growth
  • You systematically develop F24's existing international channel program and be the central point of contact for larger, strategically important partners 
  • Together with the team, you acquire new partners, maintain existing relationships, and constantly optimize channels, based on quantitative performance analysis
  • Your wide-ranging responsibilities include holistic partner management, from on-boarding and optimizing sales processes to successful pipeline management, including target planning



You
  • have a Degree in Economics and 3+ years of experience (ideally in the field of B2B SaaS) in a channel sales position.
  • have excellent track records in channel sales and successful support of larger partners of strategic importance. 
  • are proactive, structured and independent in the way of working, combined with an always open and solution-orientated attitude.
  • are enthusiastic about software technology and enjoy communicating directly with decision-makers at management level.
  • can speak fluent in German and English.
  • have the willingness to travel.
  • are the go-to-person for all channel related requests from our strategic partners.
  • are responsible for a significant revenue share and develop innovative approaches to establish partner relationships for sustainable growth.
  • report to the Head of Sales with much potential to learn and grow.
